1. Order Processing Time

  • Production Time: Since each item is made to order, please allow 2-7 business days for production, depending on the item.
  • Order Verification: All orders are verified within 24 hours of placement to ensure accuracy. Once verified, we’ll begin the production process.
  • Holidays and High-Demand Periods: During peak seasons or holidays, production times may extend by an additional 2-3 business days.

2. Shipping Time & Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 5-12 business days after production, depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days after production, available for select products and locations.
  • International Shipping: International orders may take 10-20 business days after production, and customs processing may cause additional delays. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and your location.
  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the US.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipping.
  • You can track your order status anytime by using the tracking link in your email.

5. Multiple Shipments

  • In some cases, items in your order may ship separately. If this happens, you’ll receive a unique tracking link for each shipment.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to The US and Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our customer service team at [email address] with your order details. We will work with the carrier to locate and resolve the issue.
  • Delayed Packages: Shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, customs delays, or carrier issues. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will do our best to support you in tracking your order.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked with seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@bouolevard509.com to obtain a return form provided, and the return address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refund

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
